Brief:

Height of warehouse is 7800mm, weight of long tubes is 5000kg/pcs, according to this, we recommend high cantilever racking system.

Solution:

Design information is as following:

H type steel for the upright, usually the cross brace is single, but for this project we use double cross brace. Height of cantilever racking system is 6200mm, length of the arm is 1600mm, loading capacity is 1500kg/arm, 5 layers to store the long tubes. This design helps the warehouse holder to taking good advantage of the vertical space.
