Solution:

Size of the warehouse is 1500 ㎡, they will take 850 ㎡ to store the finished product. Information of the tape are as following: size of roll shape: D900*L1660 and D900*L1950, weight is 800kg/roll. According to the information of the warehouse and rolls, we recommend drive-in racking system. One type is L1660 inner *W1000*H3900, triple track to store three layer rolls, loading capacity: 800kg/pallet, 576 pallets. Another type is L1950 inner* W1000*H3900, triple track to store three layer rolls, loading capacity: 800kg/pallet, 714 pallets. Total is 1290 pallets. This design helps warehouse manager easy to store and pick up the rolls, also helps the tape manufacturer company to taking good advantage using their space.
